HiBREW H10 Plus Error Codes and Their Solutions
Error Code E-1:
The steam knob is in the open position when the machine is powered on.
Solution: Turn the steam knob clockwise to close it and stop the steam.
Error Code E-2:
The water tank is empty, or fine coffee powder has caused overpressure.
Solution:

Refill the water tank with an adequate amount of water.

Adjust the grind size of the coffee powder to avoid excessive pressure buildup.

Salve, ho un problema che non riesco a capire come risolverlo. Nella pre infusione il manometro resta fermo e sale solo nella fase di pressione. Ho visto invece tanti video che si dovrebbe muovere anche in fase di pre infusione. Come posso risolvere? Grazie

Hello,
I own the HiBrew H10A and the steamer is not working anymore. There is only a tiny bit of water coming out of the steamer. Strangely, a lot water is coming instead out of the puck holder when I turn the knob. How can this be solved? I tried it at 92 and 130 degrees. I cleaned and descaled the machine and only use filtered water.
