A fake store is impersonating HiBREW.
We've received a growing number of reports about fraudulent websites using our name, our products, and our photos without permission. Here's what we know, and how to protect your order.
- ✕Non-delivery. Orders are placed and paid for, but products never arrive.
- ✕No support. Customer service messages go unanswered.
- ✕PayPal only. No other payment method is offered, limiting buyer protection options.
- ✕Stolen content. Product photos and descriptions are copied directly from HiBREW.
- ✕Fake listings. Product variations and pricing shown do not reflect real inventory.
- ✕Fabricated reviews. Ratings and testimonials on the site are not genuine.
- ✕Checkout failures with data exposure. Customers report failed checkout attempts where personal and payment information was exposed.
Purchase only from our official website or an authorized local retailer to guarantee an authentic product and valid warranty coverage.
Some customers report that checkout on these fake sites failed after their personal and payment details had already been entered — meaning that information may have been exposed. If this applies to you, treat it as a data breach, not just a failed order, and take the extra steps below.
- Contact PayPal or your bank immediately.
- Report the transaction as fraudulent.
- File a dispute and request a full refund.
- Cancel or freeze the card used, even if the charge didn't go through.
- Monitor your bank and card statements closely for unrecognized charges.
- Change your password anywhere you reused the one entered on the fake site.
- Watch for follow-up phishing emails, calls, or texts referencing your order.
We are pursuing legal action against this fraudulent operation to protect our community. Thank you for looking out for one another, and for staying with the genuine HiBREW.
