Excellent machine with the possibility to choose pre-infusion times. Excellent for the 20 bar of pressure, greater than almost all non-professional machines for sale. I like to have a clear display that tells me the temperature as well as the level of the drink. The possibility to choose the temperature of the drink is also excellent.

To be improved: despite having more space to place a higher cup, it would take more space in width, in fact by placing above all a coffee cup, when the drink is delivered the vibrations make the cup move to the point that the drink comes out

it's the first combined multicapsule I try but is very well made,
what surprised me is how good the extraction is with grond coffee.
I still need to stop it for a real espresso ristretto, even if I already set 20ml for the first notch, but is not a big problem.
I'm really thinking about getting another one for the office!
