1. No water comes out. What should I do?
Possible Causes & Solutions:
✅ Empty water tank → Refill the tank and turn on the steam knob until water flows steadily.
✅ Red silicone cover not removed → Check the tank and remove the protective silicone cover.
✅ Incorrect voltage/frequency → Verify the machine’s voltage (220V–240V) matches your power supply.
✅ Machine malfunction → Contact authorized service for support.
No steam is being generated. What could be the issue?
Possible Causes & Solutions:
✅ Steam nozzle is clogged → Clean the nozzle with a pin or small brush to remove blockages.
✅ Water tank is empty → Refill the tank and turn on the steam knob until hot water flows steadily from the steam pipe. Then, you can start steaming.
✅ Steam knob is closed → After pressing the steam button, turn the knob counterclockwise to activate the steam function.
