My H10a is showing a E-2 error but I tried all the steps in the help videos to fix it. I’m assuming there is a blocked water line or something of that sort. If anyone could help me fix this issue I could really appreciate it.

My hibrew isn’t heating with a E-4 code. Please help. I bought the parts that were recommended to me by email, but they didn’t solve the problem.

Hello, I purchased a “Hibrew H10 A” on March 26, 2024, in Geekbuying Store, which is no longer under warranty. I suffered water damage, and following work on the pipes, the water was much more limescale-laden than usual, without me paying attention. This clogged the machine despite my attempts to descale it. Could you please send me where I can find the “complete exploded diagram of the Hibrew H10A?” I would be grateful. Best regards

My H10A has developed a fault. When brewing hot water comes out of the steam want even when turned off, I can reduce this happening by turning the knob backwards and forwards a few times, later it happens again. Also, since this started happening ( within 6 months of purchase ) I noticed the brew pressure is a lot less. Does this sound like the steam valve? Thanx Lee
