HiBREW H10A Error Codes Explanation and Solutions
Error Code E-1:
The steam knob is open when the machine is powered on.
Solution: Switch the steam knob clockwise to turn off the steam.
Error Code E-2:
No water in the tank.
Solution: Fill the water tank with an appropriate amount of water. Then tap the brew button or turn on the steam wand; it should return to normal.
Error Code E-3:
Temperature sensor short circuit or open circuit detected.
Solution: Contact technical support for repair.
Error Code E-4:
Heating function failure detected.
Solution: Contact technical support for repair.

Had got this as a gift for Christmas, the coffee it self and the froth never got above Luke warm temperature, tried using today this morning and it just keeps showing a E-4 as a code, look it up and of course it’s a heating code.

I just got the h10a and I never get anywhere near 95 degrees coffee. If I pre heat the cup with my kettle the most I get is 84. Is this normal?
The machine sets from 90 to 95 degrees.

I ordered the Hibrew 10A off of amazon, and the steam wand does not have pressure/steam after purge. It has A LOT of pressure when you go to cool it down from the HOT status, it splashes all over it’s so powerful, but when you want it to actually froth the milk, there is NO PRESSURE, just water drips out.

I am experiencing the following issue: when I press the single dose coffee button, the machine shuts down and does not operate. Are there any replacement parts available if it is only the circuit board? I only have one function for double coffee; the third button and the steam button only work in single dose mode, and the second button turns off.

Hello from Belgium,
Happy owner of an HiBREW 10a, machine is almost 18 month, since Monday I’ve pressure problem… no leak at the groupe head and coffee is fresh and I do everything as usual. No more crema on top and the needle stays at the very beginning of the green part of the bezel. Is there any service in Europe ? I’ve descaled also the machine but nothing changed. Thanks for your help.
