HiBREW Dual Boiler Espressomaschine mit intuitivem Touchscreen H13

I like the appearance but the overall design could be better.
What I don't like:
1. The display is clear, but there is a black ring, which seen from a small angle covers part of the on/off label;
2. When trying to tight/untight the portafilter, there is no place you can hold the machine while turning the handle (you cannot risk touching the display while doing this). The legs don't keep the machine in place as much as I would like.
3. Although I like the color of the water reservour, I can't see the level of the remaining water.
What I like:
1. The overall appearance;
2. The size;
3. The "color" display;
4. The low noise level;
5. The steam lever is easy to "read". E.g you know if it is on or off seing the handle position.
What doesn't work for me and can be changed:
1. The additional hot water pipe: I beleieve, I could use a coffee making function without coffee in the basket;
2. The display could be tilted a little forward, so if the user is short like me, they can still see the whole dial;
3. The double-wall basket is a good addition from H10.
Overall experience - very good.

Once choosing our first coffe machine we wen a bit out of box by not buying italian brands, but choosing completely opposite. After some months of use I can now state that coffe taste nice, coffe machine has a lot of options, very user friendly menu and commands, and moreover it is competitive offering very good calue for money. Definetely worth considering in case you are searching for this thie of equipment.

The HiBREW H13 is a very effective and capable machine for its class, especially given how much tech they managed to pack into a compact footprint. After a couple of weeks of use, most people find a clear picture of its strengths and where it requires a bit of patience.

I bought h13 machine and h7 grinder, was an amazing choice, I’m really happy with it after 2 weeks using it I love it

The H13 has been great for the last 2 months. The shots come out well and I really appreciate the hot water spout!
Haven't had any issues with it so far. The white finish also doesn't stain.
The steam wand makes great capuchino as well.

Estoy muy contento con la cafetera H13 que recomiendo. Después de unos días de calíbrala correctamente sale una crema excelente. La única cosa a remarcar sobre el pedido es que FeedEx en Paris me cobro el IVA y eso no lo tenía pensado.
Por lo demás recomiéndo mucho tanto la HiBREW H13 y el Molinillo.

By far its The best coffee machine i ever had. I was using couple of other brands in that price point, including the famous Deloghi Dedica (which was my worst choice) and I can say that H 13 it’s my favourite one. I would only recommend to buy grinder . Like this, I think I can get the maximum extract and taste.

Solid built and works great, however the lil side wooden handle doesn't line up straight when I pull it upward.

Looks very nice and works as expected. Only issue I am facing that it outputs fare more water than in the settings.

Nicole was very gentle in the customer service chat, she cleared all my doubts, and made a great buying experience. Would buy again!

Today used first time the new H13 and very good experience for my first shots I did. Together with my new grinder G7 it’s and nice and surprisingly good setup. Everything is very intuitive and all items very high quality. I would go for 5 star experience, but theirs is one issue I have to highlight. The color of the H13 not white (some ugly creamy color) and not same as G7 (nice white color). I would definitely not go for white anymore. Not to nice, as both H13 and G7 aper same online when you go for the color you would like to choose. I don’t understand why Hibrew is disappointing their customer with this surprise. Therefore only 4* from my side.

The H13 makes excellent coffee. The silver finish looks really good too. Perfect for everyday use. It was delivered quickly.

Easy to use, very intuitive touchscreen, amazing options for single and double espresSo shots, comes with 2 frothing milk heads the 3 holes ones has better performance producing the most silk milk.

Product is not really white as described on the website, its kinda cream color not matching my other coffee appliances, additionally this color must come with a frother jug white also or same color, this one no, this comes whith metallic one which doesnt match at all with the machine. including the wood colors between the portafilter and frother handle are way too different… its certainly disapointing.
